Also, I loved doing my exercises at home ... no equipment needed. What I liked most of this program is its flexibility. I had the opportunity to do my training when I wanted, free and in little time (as I have not had the need to move me). I personally like to do my training in the morning on weekends and returning to my work Tuesday and Thursday.
In short, this program is the best thing that happened to me.
