Well it is not exactly like other fitness programs or weight loss that focus is on exercises or on a very restrictive diet. This program incorporates Mega Maximus a very particular way of equipment without bodybuilding workouts and proper nutrition. Why workouts without equipment? I discovered that the material without strength exercises are as effective, if not better than going to the gym.

Also, I loved doing my exercises at home ... no equipment needed. What I liked most of this program is its flexibility. I had the opportunity to do my training when I wanted, free and in little time (as I have not had the need to move me). I personally like to do my training in the morning on weekends and returning to my work Tuesday and Thursday.

In short, this program is the best thing that happened to me.
